SoundNat Promotions ("we", "us") provides artist promotion, professional setup, and management support services to independent and emerging musicians. By using this website, our services, or the artist dashboard, you agree to these terms.
2. Our services
Services offered include artist promotion, professional email and account setup, HQ and digital presence support, and management support. Specific scope, timelines, and any fees for a given artist are agreed separately and in writing before work begins.
3. Artist dashboard accounts
Artist dashboard accounts are provided at our discretion to artists we work with. You're responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Any files you upload (music, artwork, etc.) remain your property — we don't claim ownership over anything you upload. We may remove access to the AI assistant feature for any account if we reasonably believe it's being misused.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to upload content you don't have the rights to, use the platform for anything illegal, or attempt to access accounts or data that isn't yours.
5. AI assistant
Chat features on this site and dashboard are powered by AI and may occasionally be inaccurate. AI responses are provided for general guidance only and don't replace advice from our team.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or dashboard after changes means you accept the updated terms.
