What we collect
When you contact us, apply for a role, or use the artist dashboard, we collect what you provide directly — name, email, messages, and (for artists) files you choose to upload and any stats you or our team add to your profile.
How we use it
To respond to enquiries, run your campaign or artist account, and communicate with you through the dashboard messaging system. We don't sell your data to third parties.
AI features
Messages sent to the on-site or dashboard AI assistant are processed by a third-party AI provider to generate a response, and stored so our team can review conversations for quality and support purposes.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing support@soundnatpromotions.com.
Data storage
Data is stored using Cloudflare's infrastructure (D1 database and R2 file storage). We take reasonable steps to keep it secure, including encrypted password storage and access controls that limit each account to its own data.
